This programme is designed to guide you through a transformative journey over 12 weeks, with a total of 6 sessions of 75 minutes each and 1 free Discovery Call for 45 minutes. Session Structure • Pre-Session: Free 45 minute Discovery and Goal Setting (worth £108) • Month 1: 3x Weekly Sessions o Week 1: Deeper Discovery (75 minutes) o Week 2: Exploring the Inner Child (75 minutes) o Week 3: Emotional Resilience Building (75 minutes) • Month 2: 2x Fortnightly Sessions o Week 5: Reprogramming the Mind (75 minutes) o Week 7: Overcoming Fear and Building Confidence (75 minutes) • Month 3: 1x Three week session o Week 8: Sustaining Change and Building New Habits (75 minutes) Pricing • Standard one off, standalone Hourly Rate: £145 per session • 3-Month Programme (6 sessions): £870 in advance please (worth £1,089 reduced rate, approx. £145 per 75 minute session and a saving of £219), or • Monthly Payment Plan: £290 per month for 3 months Optional Add-On: 3x Monthly 45-Minute Catch-Up Sessions • Offer: Three additional 45-minute sessions post-programme, spaced monthly, to help you stay on track and address any new challenges, extending it to a 6 month support package. To be considered at the end of your 3-Month Programme • Pricing: £300 for all three Add-On sessions (£100 per month)
