Extended 6-Month Programme (24 Weeks)

Service Description

This extended programme includes the initial 3-month programme and adds on an additional 3x 45-minute monthly catch-up sessions to ensure continued support and sustained progress over six months, as explained above. Session Structure • First 12 Weeks: As outlined in the 3-Month Programme • Additional 3 Monthly Catch-Up Sessions: o Month 4: 45-minute session (catch-up and addressing new challenges) o Month 5: 45-minute session (on-going support and guidance) o Month 6: 45-minute session (final check-in and future planning) • 6-Month Program (6 sessions within 3 months plus additional 3x monthly 45 minute catch-up sessions): £1,170 • Monthly Payment Plan: £195 per month for 6 months
