FAQs

What should I expect in a session?

A steady, supportive space where we work with mind and nervous system.

  • Feel calm and see things more clearly

  • Hear your own voice again — free from old noise and overwhelm

  • Release emotional charge gently and build inner clarity using EFT, NLP, and trauma-informed methods

How long are sessions & how many will I need?

Sessions are 75 minutes.
Most people work in 3–6 session blocks.
Longer-term work is available when needed.

Can I just book one session?

Yes.
Single sessions are available.
Deeper work typically happens over 3–6 sessions.

Are sessions online?

Yes. Many clients find it easier to relax when they can choose a familiar space and a time when they won’t be disturbed.

What do you help with?

  • Fears & phobias

  • Trauma memories & emotional overwhelm

  • Anxiety, confidence, and self-belief blocks

  • Identity loss and life transitions

  • Internal conflict, emotional triggers, and feeling “stuck”

If you’re unsure whether your situation fits — just ask.

How is this different from traditional therapy?

Traditional counselling often explores the past in depth.
My work focuses on updating patterns that are active in the present.
