Hi Everyone,

Thank you for looking at my profile.


Until I had experienced the power of Coaching and Therapy for myself, I never believed I could rid myself of the feeling of not being good enough and of having very low esteem, all of which inspired my own training to be a coach and therapist for others.


I know this core feeling of inadequacy resonates with many people and is often disguised in

  • anxiety,

  • panic attacks,

  • depression,

  • addiction and addictive behaviours,

  • obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD),

  • insomnia,

  • self-harming and even suicidal thoughts.


With compassion and confidential guidance, most people can see that light at the end of the tunnel grow brighter and clearer.


Having had debilitating performance anxiety and stage fright throughout my singing and teaching career, I know what it feels like to be in a rat race, be judged and, having the pressure of constantly proving myself, willing people to accept who I am, without having to hide behind a mask, a façade, just to be a people pleaser. All these negative emotions and beliefs just held me back and I felt drained and in constant overwhelm.


Now, as an already qualified Voice Practitioner with 30 years experience in the industry, my clients are from all walks of life and so far include University students; teenagers and children; teachers and lecturers; barristers; actors; singers; presenters; speakers from Parliament and the Home Office and other professional voice users.


I’ve added Neuro-linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique and Identity Healing into the mix.  This enables for a more comprehensive bespoke package for you, guiding you to be empowered with self-maintaining tools that build resilience for dealing with those everyday challenges so that you can be the Best Version of Yourself.
