About Me

My Story: From Financial Markets to Opera Stages

I began my career as a Back-Up Trader in the world’s financial cities, eventually becoming a Forex manager. After achieving this goal, I took a leap of faith and transitioned into contract work, collaborating with traders, fund managers, and compliance officers. During this time, I also pursued my passion for opera, touring the UK, France, and Spain between contracts.

My Turning Point: Discovering My Own Challenges
After stepping back to raise my daughters, I returned to the arts but was confronted by performance anxiety and limiting beliefs, deeply rooted in childhood trauma. Realising I had to work on myself before helping others, I embarked on a journey into therapeutic coaching. I trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Advanced EFT to help others unlock their true potential.

What Helping Others Means to Me
Helping others isn’t just a job for me—it’s deeply personal. After a long journey of turning my own life around, I now guide others to do the same. It has taken me years of hard work and self-discovery, often without support from others. The only help I've truly received has come through my training and the invaluable connections with my training buddies.
My greatest fulfilment comes from watching someone break free from their limitations and transform their life. I understand the struggles and the time it can take to find clarity and purpose, and it’s my mission to ensure that no one else has to endure the prolonged suffering that I experienced.

Why Coaching or Therapy?
I’ve lived with debilitating performance anxiety and stage fright throughout my singing and teaching career. I know what it feels like to be in a rat race, judged and constantly proving yourself. The pressure of trying to be accepted, wearing a mask to please others, drained me. But it was through these struggles that I learned the most valuable lessons and now use them to empower my clients.
